So, what is a Nutrition Coach and why do you need one?

A nutrition coach is someone that can help you find nutrition that works for your lifestyle and your goals. They will help you with staying on track, staying motivated, and also provide accountability and support. If you want results, a nutrition coach can get you there much faster and show you how to make it something that lasts forever!


There are 2 main parts to great nutrition:

Your Food

First off, your daily food intake needs to be correct for the goals you're wanting to achieve. If your main goal is weight loss, then you need to be eating less calories than your body requires. On top of that, your body really thrives on eating mostly real food. In other words, your body really likes natural foods like meats, veggies, fruits, etc. However, it's perfectly fine to enjoy the treats you love in moderation. Yes, you can absolutely reach your goals without restricting and depriving yourself. Remember, this has to be sustainable for you in order for it to work. :)

Your Mindset

Interestingly enough, mindset is possibly even more important than the actual food part of your nutrition. Your success with food highly depends on what you're thinking and saying to yourself.
