How does online nutrition coaching work?
Having an online nutrition coach means that you will work 1-on-1 with someone experienced in helping people reach their body and nutrition goals. They will guide you through the entire process so you know you’re always on the right track. You can communicate through email and in our private online group. They will be there to help you with anything you need. You have email access to them 24/7.
Will I be working with a coach the entire time?
Yes, your coach will be with you for your entire journey!
How long is your email response time?
We have a 24-hour response guarantee, but you’ll usually hear back much sooner. Many coaches with other nutrition companies have a 2-3 day response time (or longer)! We believe you should have quick access to your coach, so we feel strongly about this guarantee.
Is the LunchBox Fitness program just for CrossFitters?
Our program works best for people who CrossFit, but it is infinitely adjustable, which means it can work for anyone. If you’re not a CrossFitter but want the best in nutrition help and accountability, we are excited to have you join!
How often can I check-in with my coach?
You will have a weekly check-in with your coach so they can evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program. You also have 24/7 access to them via email for any additional questions you have. They are more than happy to help you in every way possible.
How long does it take to receive my program?
Once you complete your questionnaire and payment and send in your pictures, your coach will start working on your program and have it to you within 2-3 days. Your start date will typically be 2 days after you receive your program, so you’ll have some time to prepare. We will let you know exactly what to do during this time.
Can I choose my coach?
Yes, you can absolutely put in a request for a certain coach. We will check to see if they have openings and let you know. Also, our coaches all have different strengths and personalities. If we think you’ll be a better fit for a certain coach, we may suggest going with a different LBF coach so you have the best experience possible.
What else will be included with my LunchBox Fitness program?
- We have an incredibly awesome Members Only area that is full of recipes and meal prep ideas, plus how-tos for traveling, eating at restaurants, staying on track around the holidays, grocery shopping, alcohol, etc. If it has to do with your nutrition, it’s in there.
- There is a monthly group call with the coaches where you can ask us questions live!
- You will be included in the LunchBox Fitness online community where you can talk with members from all over the country. You can share your successes, what you’ve found that works, call on them for help, anything! It’s a community just like at your gym. Everybody is there to help you become a better person.

Does LunchBox Fitness offer training programs?
LunchBox Fitness is strictly a nutrition coaching service. It’s possible that we may need to prescribe some HIIT sessions if your fat loss stalls, but this will be in addition to your CrossFit programming.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, our payment processor uses bank-level security. If you feel safe using a bank, you can feel safe here
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
We do not have access to your credit card information.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You have full control over your account.
