Apple Oatmeal Bake

makes: 1 serving, six inch pan

Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Egg whites, 46 grams
  • Oats, 28 grams
  • Brown sugar, 3 grams
  • Salt, optional
  • Cinnamon 
  • Stevia, 1 packet
  • SF Apple Pie Filling, 85 grams

KITCHEN TOOLS

  • Cast iron pan, 6 inch. Or an oven safe dish.  
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spray oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 350F
  2. Mix oatmeal, egg whites, stevia, salt, cinnamon together. 
  3. Scoop out the desired out of apple pie filling and cut up the apples with a fork or a spoon. 
  4. Combine two ingredients and pour in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 
  5. You may need to add some extra water if it it’s too thick. 
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until you don’t see any liquids. 
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
