INGREDIENTS

  • Fat free cheese, 2 slices
  • Grilled eggplant, 80 grams
  • Grilled chicken, 100 grams
  • Tortilla wrap of choice, La tortilla factory
  • Spray oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray a pan with cooking oil. Medium heat.
  2. Cut up the chicken and eggplant. You can microwave them in a bowl to warm them up. 
  3. Place a slice of cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Then put your toppings inside. 
  4. Put the other slice on top and start folding the edges of the tortilla to the middle - to the cheese. 
  5. Keep folding and hold to make sure the rest of it does not unfold.
